\nBest of Friends.\u201d Again this year we invite you to send something you created to be included in the September
\nnewsletter. It can be anything \u201cflat\u201d or a photo of something \u201cnot flat.\u201d Poetry, short prose, music lyrics,
\ndrawings, paintings, photos, photos of sculptures or of a dance performance, of … If you think of something we
\nhaven\u2019t, check it out with us, Jim McCarthy, Daphne Clement, Jo-an Jacobus. We\u2019ll let you know if we can
\nmake it fit onto a piece of paper.
\nIf you need help with having something scanned, get in touch with Jo-an. It must be a flat object no larger
\nthan 8.5\u201d X 11.\u201d For written material it would be helpful if it was in some version of Word. If that is not
\npossible, please email me and let\u2019s see what the options are. We will find a way! Images need to be in .jpg
\nformat, high resolution is helpful.
\nPlease note, the deadline is earlier for the creative submissions than for standard news submissions.
\nCreative works must be submitted to Jo-an by Wednesday, Aug. 1, at 5 p.m. at mjo.anjacobus@gmail.com.
