The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.durhamfriendsmeeting.org\/?p=2135\">most recent report of the committee<\/a> (from April) is on the Meeting\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>At the May Monthly Meeting we agreed to these next steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>That committees currently providing <strong>pastoral care<\/strong> (M&amp;C), <strong>outreach<\/strong> (CE, P&amp;SC, newsletter) and <strong>coordination<\/strong> (clerks meeting) consider their roles and effectiveness more deeply;<\/li>\n<li>That these groups and committees report back to the Ad Hoc working group with their thoughts by Sept. 17;<\/li>\n<li>That the Ad Hoc group organize a time for A Community Conversation about the Way Forward on <strong>Sept 30 (5<sup>th<\/sup>Sunday) 2018<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>So please, if you are a member of a Meeting committee, please note what we are asking you to do, and send the ad hoc committee your thoughts by September 17.
