His text was Matthew 7:24-27: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><sup>24\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cTherefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice\u00a0is like a wise person who built his house on the rock.\u00a0<sup>25\u00a0<\/sup>The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.\u00a0<sup>26\u00a0<\/sup>But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish person who built his house on sand.\u00a0<sup>27\u00a0<\/sup>The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An audio recording of his message is <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/13vt5ShvCIz1s0he8IueknLgU6ExF-8xR\">here<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The message made frequent references to the Quaker Meetinghouse in Ramallah, Palestine, built of limestone (and on a sturdy foundation) in 1910 through the efforts of a Quaker couple from Maine, Timothy and Anna Hussey.
