In the past week, we have received dozens of examples of a desperate desire to help Ukraine, prayers for peace, words of encouragement, and assurances of the steadfastness of the basic testimonies that are close to 400 years old, namely, testimonies of peace. God is good to us, and Quakers are a living organization of good people who believe in peace and in God\u2019s light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friends Committee on National Legislation<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcnl.org\/updates\/2022-02\/statement-russias-invasion-ukraine\">released a statemen<\/a>t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also worth reading on the Ukraine Russia situation are posts from <strong>Johan Maurer<\/strong> on his blog <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.canyoubelieve.me\/\">Can You Believe.
