We visited her sewing room, and admired the hand embroidered quilt squares based on nursery rhyme characters created by Durham Friends for an expected birth, the quilt to be finished by Dorothy. As we conducted our meeting, we enjoyed hot tea, cookies, cheese and crackers and chocolate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cards:<\/strong>&nbsp;For Friends<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program and Devotions:&nbsp;<\/strong>We worked on Helen Clarkson\u2019s Memorial Minute, writing organized by Nancy Marstaller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minutes:<\/strong>&nbsp;Susan&nbsp;read the 2.19.\u201924 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report:&nbsp;<\/strong>The account balance is $115.96. Nancy examined our 2023 WS donations, looking for a charity we had not donated to. We chose Tedford Housing for a $50. donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prayers:&nbsp;<\/strong>For Friends&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tedford Meal:<\/strong>&nbsp;Team&nbsp;D provided hot dogs, potato salad, broccoli slaw, and woopie pies. Team E will bring the&nbsp;April 1&nbsp;meal, with Nancy Marstaller as contact person. Volunteers to contribute food or donations are welcome.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other Business:&nbsp;<\/strong>Jane Dough of USWFI sent a reading list for the upcoming Blueprints edition, on the theme \u201c God Still Speaks\u201d. We discussed books to purchase for our library.
