From Mt. Toby Meeting, on October 9, regarding their member Jan Hoffman:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friends:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last week, Jan\u2019s condition has continued to worsen. Yesterday, Ken and Jennie (Jan & Ken\u2019s daughter) decided to place Jan in palliative care. Today her condition continued to decline and she was placed in hospice. Ken & Jennie have decided to have Jan remain at Baystate during this last phase of her life. She is resting comfortably with Ken at her side. Please hold Jan, Ken, and their family in the Light. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the time comes Jan will be buried at Mt. Toby in a green burial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
