From LACO, the Lisbon Area Christian Outreach, which operates a vital area food bank.

The bottle drive, food collection, and bake sale will be held at Food City in Lisbon Falls on October 2 from 8-6 and on October 3 from 8-6.  We are asking you to announce it in your church this week and ask people to bake for the bake sale if they can for either day.  Volunteers will be needed to work at Food City.  Just come when you can and stay as long as you can.

We also need more volunteers at the food pantry on Wednesdays from 10-1 and Saturdays from 8-10.  There are only 6 volunteers left and several have had knee surgeries.
